The seat layout was different as well, with a 2-2-2 configuration. And the beds were not lie-flat but rather angled flat downward. Obviously, they've been improved since our flight.

Luckily, you met up with Sam & Co. so you had a lot of "diversion". My wife still comments on our flight that after about 8 hours, she wanted to crawl the walls...and there were still 10 hours to go!

Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09166541981033619763noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1333764659139651896.post-6561647228819753802013-11-04T17:48:46.110-08:002013-11-04T17:48:46.110-08:00The air refueling introduces a whole new ball game...The air refueling introduces a whole new ball game. According to Wikipedia the B-2 flew from Missouri to Afghanistan and back. But good luck boarding one of those, I read somewhere that fewer people have flown a B-2 than have walked on the moon.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1333764659139651896.post-59797492983146464522013-10-28T20:10:41.533-07:002013-10-28T20:10:41.533-07:00I guess since you are a military guy, we can go in...I guess since you are a military guy, we can go into the technicalities of air refueling, and whether it is a regularly scheduled flight, etc. But in terms of the longest regularly scheduled airline flight, this is it.Ben Wanghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15405993300561907143noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1333764659139651896.post-50428282935707798032013-10-28T19:49:26.481-07:002013-10-28T19:49:26.481-07:00Fantastic post!
